What to include
- Subject: FolderSure account deletion request
- The Google account used in the app
- Your country/region
- A short confirmation that you want the account deleted
What will be deleted
We will delete or anonymize app-side account identifiers, folder mapping metadata, upload status records, and diagnostics linked to the account, except information we must retain for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or platform compliance purposes.
Your Google Drive files
Deleting your FolderSure account does not delete files already uploaded to your Google Drive. You control those files directly in Google Drive.
Timeline
We aim to process valid deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or security review.
